Very curious what the Steelers will do at strong safety. As this drags out do you think this could change their draft plans. Safety is deep in this draft.

I think you could see a strong safety by the third round. Depends what happens before the draft

I agree with you and hope that the Steelers shouldn't draft a first round QB and should address DL help. I have this weird feeling that GM KC and HC MT are going to trade up to grab Willis though. Am i reading into all the QB hype too much?

On the NFL Network they show old games all the time and the crazy Steelers-Bengals playoff (the game Burfict imploded) was on. Devin Bush had a phenomenal game and really a great rookie year.....he may have been third in defensive ROY votes. Could it be he can return to that after a long stretch of getting healthy?

With the offensive line pieces now in place, should we think this could be a good line? An OK line? A, dare I say, great line?

Well, it's certainly not a great line. Let's just hope it performs better than last year's line. And let's hope the offensive system itself performs better and is more in sync. That contributed to the problems last year as well.

I think Presley Harvin staying on the team despite terrible inconsistency undermines everything from team chemistry to winning games. How long do you think Tomlin will stick with Harvin if he gives more of the same subpar performance?

I think they gave him the benefit of the doubt as a rookie, especially because they drafted him (and don't think for a second that's not a factor). I don't think they will be so patient this year if it continues.

I continue to think the QB-1st round talk is ridiculous. Unfortunately, it’s picking up even more after the death of Haskins. Wouldn’t it be smarter to draft a DL/WR/CB 1st round?

Please tell me the Steelers will not trade up for one of the QB's thus wasting very valuable draft picks needed to fill some holes and for depth that was sorely missing last year.

I think the receivers will be much better without having a ball zipping at them within 2 seconds of the play snap. They need a chance to make a move (or 2) and look up, which was impossible with Ben shooting the ball out so fast last year. Agree?

I don't see a much different offense next year with Trubisky or Mason at the helm. Canada's offenses have always been lots of motion, jet sweeps and 3 yard passes. Steelers will not compete if that is what the offense will look like. I hope I am dead wrong.

This offense being able to perform won't be about the players, it will be about Matt Canada being able to put them in the proper positions to be able to perform. What you watched last year was a cacophony of confusion

That's up to the players. The Steelers want to return to SVC and I sure hope they do.
