Again, it's hard to properly evaluate guys when there's no hitting, no pads and no full speed 11 on 11. I need to see them at training camp in pads, at the very least. Hey, I could evaluate what I see, but it's not the same. It's not really football

No. From what I've been told, his biggest concern might be just trying to make the team.

thank you Aaron rodgers for whatever it is your doing so its takes focus off Ben.  Curious do you have an opinion on the whole Rodgers fiasco?  Seems like its more him than ownership.  I would rank that organization up with the Steelers

I agree, though I'm curious the real root of the problem. But I'm also curious why the packers wouldn't use their top pick in the draft on a player who could immediately helped Rodgers, if for no other reason that just to appease him.

Hi Gerry, All the national media reports a big drop for the Steelers this year due to new offense, Big Ben's lack of ability, and him wanting to throw dink and dunk. Am I wrong, but I'm thinking the complete opposite: 1. new offense=great, 2. Ben came off major surgery, now his arm should be much better, 3. Ben cant run like he could as a rookie, but he has the number one RB out of college behind him, and Ben wants to win, if handing the ball off = winning, 7 will hand the ball off!

I wouldn't go so far as to say the new offense will be "great," as you say, but I believe it will be infinitely better because of the change in technique along the O-line and Najee Harris. And, yes, I tend to agree with your observation, not the people who are never around the team and don't really know.

Thanks for the chats.  The main stream sports media is hard to watch.  I love how they focus solely on the last 5 games of the season last year.  Bens a fatso again.  Draft was horrible.  Am I being overly sensitive or do they bash the Steelers quit a bit.  Other day I am watching some crap and he was talking about all the holes we needed to fill.  Doesnt every team have holes?  I am sure there are plenty that would like to have our WR talent or how about bengals wanting our LB's.  It has become unwatchable
