I don't think it will hurt him any more than any other player. One thing about a quarterback, he can always work out with a receiver or two to get his timing, delivery and accuracy down to some degree.

I don't know if it will go that high, but it will be a big deal. And, as I've said all along, it's the reason the Steelers were not going to sign Bud Dupree to any long-term deal, and probably won't going forward. The big money is going to Watt. Even Bud is aware of that.

Gerry, Other than Ben, I'm most concerned about the O-line. Pouncey seemed to regress last season--watching some of the replays of games, it's was tough to see how many snaps he muffed to the QBs, and his ability to get to the 2nd level wasn't like he used to do. We're not seeing the Pouncey of old at this point, agreed?

All I know is the people who play against him seem to think he's still among the best, if not the best, in the league. They are more qualified than I to make that assessment.
