Cleveland, Buffalo, Washington, Nashville all building new stadiums. Three Rivera lasted 30 years and Heinz/Acrisure will be that in 2030. Is a new Pittsburgh NFL stadium on the reasonable horizon?

They are not required to report injuries in the preseason and they've been quiet about what is wrong with Austin.

Vegas has Steelers ranked 8th most likely to win the AFC, basically meaning they'll miss the playoffs. Seems a little harsh given all the new faces. Do you have an opinion?

Gerry, with the longer field goal attempts happening now, here is something ive always wondered.  Some of these long field goals barely make it over the crossbar.  Would it be legal to keep a player back at the goal post to try to jump up and block the field goal at the crossbar?  I know several of these players can jump that high if it was a ball that was going to barely make it over, but i have never seen this attempted in all my years watching football

I've seen it attempted years ago, I think with KC's Morris Stroud, who was 6-10. But it's not legal to do so now

I'm giving away my age here, but I remember the good old days when the Steelers would play 6 exhibition games + the College All-Star game. Everyone played and they went at it like a regular season game. How in the world did they all survive?

I believe the defense can be dominant this season, hopefully avoiding major injuries. My hope is that the offense can be better than average. My worry is that it may take time to jell as most starters have not and will not play until the regular season. Hope the rust falls off quickly. Your thoughts on the offense being ready for the Jets?

He's not playing. Should be ready by the opener but they still have to make some type of roster decision after the way Skylar Thompson has played.
