There is a report that JPJ allegedly wants to be the highest paid CB in the NFL and that the Steelers haven’t made him an offer yet.  Is there any truth to this - have you heard that JPJ values himself that highly and that there hasn’t even been an offer from the team?

Don't believe all those ill-informed reports. But I'm sure JPJ's agent values him highly, but, if they want to get a deal done, I hope not that high

What's the point of playing Aaron Rogers this year? Just so they can see Wil Howard throw some preseaons passes? Next year its going to be an unproven Wil Howard/Drew Allar anyway, no difference from where we are today. Why did the Steelers bother putting it off for a year?

Interesting time of the year where writers and diehard fans stress over whether Joey Porter Junior gets 2 million or 2 1/2 million dollars a month. We know that Highsmith may be disrespected because Herbig is getting more money than him. How do you think Jamal Dean will feel when Joey Porter gets twice as much money as him. I know we were concerned about Highsmith feelings a few months ago. Although it may be a lot simpler than what we thought we have the wise Jalen Ramsey, saying just pay the man so it may be less complicated than we thought. Of course, Jay  also told us that Josh Allen was trash when he got drafted.

I don't think any deal JPJ gets will have any ill effect on Jamel Dean. Nor are the Steelers even worried about that

What happened to honoring a signed contract and showing up and fulfilling one's commitment and responsibilities?  I get that it's a business but fulfilling your contract is part of the business too.  I sure hope Joey Porter Jr. remembers what happened to Le'Veon Bell.

The Steelers have no plans whatsoever to trade JPJ. But, as with just about any player, if another team comes with a ridiculous offer then any trade is possible. Also, I don't think the word "should" work there. Maybe "would." As in a No. 1 and a 2. Like I said, ridiculous

No, it doesn't. He still owes the Steelers the final year of his contract, one way or the other

I dont want to come off as super negative, but i think khan is a terrible gm outside cap space. i just dont understand what are they doing? whats the plan? signing all these backups to big $, the AWFUL AWFUL DK trade and contract, no qb.    i used ai to review every transaction Khan as done as gm and it gave him a D+ and it thinks the recent drafts are really bad

Viable as in, could be traded or could fetch something in a trade? About the only one who fits the criteria would be Broderick Jones.

With all the investment the team has made at tackle over the past few years, it still remains one of the bigger question marks. Is this a reflection of how hard the position is to scout and draft, how long it takes to develop in the position or that we simply missed with Broderick Jones (injuries and all) and that we are paying a bit of the price for that now.

I don't think it's that big of a question mark. Yes, Broderick Jones hasn't played to the level they expected when they moved up to draft him. But his injury last year didn't help

I would say Broderick Jones, if you're thinking about a player who might command something in a trade. I'm not saying that's going to happen, just answering your question.
