I don't know where you get the idea I strongly dislike these chats. Actually, I rather enjoy them. But it is not my job to impart to y'all everything I know. And some of the answers you appear not to like, take a hard look at the question first. My answers are commensurate with the question. But thanx for the critique my friend.

I’m a big fan of play action roll outs. They seem to always work- or at least get positive yardage. Rodgers is excellent in these situations. I also believe he’s probably safer being he’s smart enough to throw the ball away if needed. Dropping him back into a (possible) pocket requires him to get rid of the ball much quicker. Do you agree they should run more play action?
Gerry Dulac

I couldn't agree more. And he's very good at it

Looking for a new cologne, do you have an idea of what Aaron Rodgers wears? Trying to model after him. Thanks

And Weegie wants to know why I'm snarky..???

With some of the roles for young players being muddled and the handling of others like Broderick Jones being questionable, do you think there's a disconnect between the front office and the coaching staff re: the development of draft picks?
Gerry Dulac
1:34
Development is a big issue and has been on the defensive line. But, let me say this in case the dissenters aren't paying attention: Broderick Jones has gotten better every week. He will have a good test this week.

Hey Gerry - how do you think yinzer nation is going to react to getting blown out in round 2 of the playoffs and then watching all the other teams in the division get top 15 picks?
Gerry Dulac
1:34
I'll worry about it then.
Coach T
1:34
Gerry, we are likely to drop one of the next two, correct?
Gerry Dulac
1:35
And, based on what you've seen from the Browns and Bengals, why would you think that?
Ryan

Good afternoon Gerry what do you think about the play of Kenneth Gainwell i think he has looked good this season especially when Warren didn’t play against the Vikings
Gerry Dulac
1:35
I liked KG when he was with the Eagles. And I think you got a good look in Ireland what he can do here.

If this season goes well-ish, could fans see year 2 with rogers under center?
Gerry Dulac
1:36
It would have to go really well-ish

Gerry, can I count on JJ being unbiased on Sunday?
Gerry Dulac
1:36
Nah

Shouldn't the Steelers be trading their 3rd round picks based on recent history?
Gerry Dulac
1:36
You mean future No. 3s or No. 3s already on the team?
Ryan from Ohio

Tomlin gets a lot of heat from fans.  Looks like he knew better than most about Fields.  Nice guy, good teammate but not a starting caliber quarterback.  Only a bad franchise and coach would think differently.  Maybe Tomlin is smarter than he is given credit for?
Gerry Dulac
1:37
Let me tell you one thing about Mike Tomlin: There might not be another coach in the league who watches more film on players and teams. He is a football junkie.

Gerry, this year looks like several of the reserves will bump some starters, i.e. Gainwell, Echols, Herbig.   Do you agree?
Gerry Dulac
1:38
No, but they will continue to have expanded roles.

Could this be the year LC gets in the HOF? He never tried to start a fight with a kicker. Cliff Harris that’s a joke. Should have took Wagner
Gerry Dulac
1:38
Sadly, I don't think so. I wish I had more control over that, but I don't.

Any thoughts you care to share on the Superbowl halftime joke...uhhh I mean show?
Gerry Dulac

You just said it

I know this ship has sailed, but why not see if Chase Claypool has anything left. A ton of unrealized talent and not as toxic as Pickens..I would think worth a convo atleast. What do you think?
Gerry Dulac
1:39
I think you're right about the part of the ship sailing
Rahn

What's your feel on the locker room leadership situation? Better than the past few years and whom do you see as emerging in that way?
Gerry Dulac
1:40
I think you have a few more veterans who know how to prepare. And I think Aaron Rodgers has brought an added measure of that.
Jim

Well, if people wouldn't keep submitting short snarky questions, they wouldn't get the same as an answer!! :)

Good afternoon Gerry, appreciate the chats/insight. I know we are 3 and 1 and really very few teams have looked overwhelming this year but it will be the back end of the schedule that truly let's us know who this team is. If they do the winter back slide at what point and time do the difficult conversations begin? Chuck Noll, Don Shula, Tom Landry even Bill Belichick, all had a shelf life, I think Bill Cowher saw it happening and stepped away. Is mike Tomlin's ego too big?
Gerry Dulac
1:44
You are spot on. It's early and the schedule gets tough. But if there is another December collapse like four of the previous six seasons when they had three-game losing streaks in December, then at what point do you continue to watch the same old thing?
Rahn
1:45
For fun, rank these WRs of the recent past: Weegie Thompson, Calvin Sweeney, Greg Garrity, Wayne Capers, Jim Smith.
Gerry Dulac

Weegie, Smith, Sweeney, Capers, Garrity

Looking ahead at the Green Bay game on SNF do you think that Rodgers will be too emotional to play his game?
Gerry Dulac
1:45
I think he'll be OK
Rahn
1:46
Is some of the distaste fans have for Tomlin lie more with his chesty braggadocio and high-minded self-regard or his tepid postseason record and propensity to play down to the competition? Because I think a large part of the fanbase would say it's both. What do you think from your observation and chats?
