I don't think Gilbert is ready to play anyway, bye week or not. If there is any question with Tuitt, then, yes, I would sit him with the bye upcoming.

The Steelers' past 2 victories were huge, but they need to win this Sunday in Detroit and I don't think kicking 5 field goals is going to be enough. What, in your opinion, must they do better in order to score TDs? Especially in the red zone.

Who has a better young front seven than the steelers? I haven't found one team I would take more than one or two players over what the steelers put on the field every sunday. 98 is the weak link and he has been a pleasant surprise.

Hi Gerry, How would you rate Ben's play the last 2 weeks? Personally I'd say above average with specifics on a few plays; the dime pass to McDonald against KC backed up at the 1, and the bullet pass to AB for the TD and dime pass between 2 bungles. #gerryschatsareawesome

I won't argue with you. Believe it or not, the back-to-back throws to Bryant on a scoring drive in Baltimore were two of the best, as well

Hi Gerry - noticed the Steelers ran a stunt that got Bud Dupree free and able to use his speed to get a sack of Dalton. Is this something that need to do more of to take advantage of his speed?

I think Haley deserves some credit for keeping Ben upright and healthy in the latter part of his career. Do you see the Steelers using Ben similar to the way Denver used Peyton in their Super Bowl run?
