Is there an NFL executive of the year?  If so I feel Omar Khan should get it.  Look at how many rookies and first year players are contributing, and look at the depth players filling in for injured players so far this year.  It seems the 'next man up' mentality is actually a real thing this year.

Ben effectively did, others too. But not like pitchers. It's because of the velocity they use, but also because they use their shoulders different than a quarterback. Ortho docs have told me the shoulder is the reason for the Tommy John, not the elbow. The elbow just takes the brunt of it

The "competition" would have been about as fair as a Harlem Globetrotters vs Washington Generals game. Why would he want to participate in a "fight" that had already been decided? He was part of the faux camp battle in 2022. He knew he would get next to zero first team reps and subsequently be labeled the "loser" of the fight.

Hello Gerry.  Tim Benz thinks the schedule is now an advantage vs the first half, I am having a hard time to comprehend.   Sure Browns now look dead and having Rus for the stretch run is stronger than Justin.  I get playing Atl and Den at the times are somewhat advantageous, but wouldn't it be great to play Dallas or Indy now?  And I actually think Winston is a tougher play than Watson.  And the quality of opponents is just insane from now on.  Tim is much smarter than me but I just don't understand his point that 2nd half schedule is now more manageable than the 1st.
