Hey Gerry!  On a few plays throughout the game, what would be your thoughts of having Watt and Highsmith/Smith on the outside and moving Herbig on the inside to blitz with his speed?

Hi Gerry, I was a little confused as to why 5'9 160 pound Calvin Austin continues to be running fades down the sideline and being targeted and 6'4 220 pound Mike Williams was not put into that position/role vs the Ravens after catching a game winning TD the week before. I know Austin has had some success, but maybe he would be better in the slot and Williams out wide? Thoughts?

I'll decide that after what happens in Cleveland. But, if they 4-3 in the last seven, that's 12-5 and likely good for the division title and home playoff game

Gerry living in Cincy the fans have turned on Zack Taylor HC as have the players. Chase very frustrated. It appears HC is gone. Glad we have Tomlin though he has some warts but always has the locker room.

I think they are going to think no matter when and where he enters the game...until he finally drops back and throws it downfield.

Im assuming that Mike Williams’s relatively low snap count in each of his first 2 games is more the result of him getting comfortable in the new offense than it is that the team views him as their #3 or #4 wr going forward?

I love the involvement of #80 in the passing game, but I still feel like #88 is being underutilized. I’d love to see a world where 88 is targeted significantly more while maintaining 80’s targets.  It seems like a lot of targets going to wr’s not named Pickens are wasted.

Hey Gerry, another personnel question:  Your thoughts in the red zone of having Pickens, Williams, Freiermuth, and Washington, all in at the same time?   With all of that height in there at the same time my thought is it would create nightmare, matchups for the defense and give Russell some great options to score 6 instead of three?

I'll be honest Jeff, I don't pay attention to what the receivers are doing when the plays breaks down. I follow the ball, and if the QB has the ball then I'm watching him.
