My question is What do you think your main character is going to learn by the end of the story? I think he will learn how to be more independent by being less scared by the end of the book. I also think that his friends will stop making fun of him for helping out around the school. Omar Rising is a great book. Omar will develop as a young man. Omar's friends are the most important to him. I also think that Omar's mom is important to him.
