I'm not surprised that a blockbuster hasn't happened yet during the draft, no. Teams are on the clock. Major trades take time to come together. I think there will be several more huge trades in the coming weeks, not sure about later tonight.

I think he'd fit better with the Lakers than the Warriors. I think the Warriors will target someone more ready to contribute right away, and people had concerns over his basketball IQ, which wouldn't fit well with a motion offense.
