I don't see them making a splash for someone like Poeltl, but a less exciting veteran center (say, Mason Plumlee) is certainly gettable with a package built around Gallinari and a second-round draft pick.

why are fans still so behind the times that expiring contracts aren’t that valuable in trade anymore? Teams don’t need to trade for them anymore to create space or savings! Since the new cba most huge expirings expire with the team who originally had them and or are bought out!  Take Russ for example there’s no team that wants to both dump contracts of players that lakers would also want ? At best a mid sized expiring can help aggregate matching salary around cheap young talent and picks in trades ?

Yeah, if you just need a salary-matching piece, expiring contracts are usually better than the alternative because they'll be off the books soon, but it's become rarer for a bunch of teams to be attempting to clear cap room to make a run at certain free agents, so those expirings are only so valuable.

If the Cavs were to trade Lopez, Windler, and a pair of seconds to Chicago for Andre Drummond, is that enough to get him? They need rebounding help.

That might work. The Bulls wouldn't want Windler, but I guess the Cavs would want to include him for tax reasons? If they're getting two picks, the Bulls could probably live with that, though I'd have to check to see how close Chicago is to the tax. Obviously neither one of those clubs wants to be a taxpayer.

Bitadze, Duarte, McConnell and a 2023 1st round pick a good deal for kyle kuzma? Turner and Kuzma seems a good fit?

Depends on whose 2023 pick we're talking about. The Pacers control Boston's and Cleveland's first-rounders and would probably do this deal with one of those picks included, but not their own.
