Biggest overachievers for this year? Cavs (increased offense without scuppering their D), Kings (new additions around their two stars plus they've looked good in the preseason), and Pacers (really talented group of youngsters; if they pull together they could make life difficult for opponents) stand out to me.

The Kings are a good pick. I kinda like the Pistons to exceed expectations behind a big season from Cade Cunningham. I'm coming around on the idea of the Knicks having a bounce-back year. I also think the Wolves and Pelicans will be really good regular season teams, though I'm not sure they'll qualify as overachievers, since expectations have already increased for both teams.
