I actually still like both rosters when they're fully healthy. But Middleton, George, and Embiid haven't been paragons of health, and neither team has enough depth to thrive without those guys. It'll probably all come down to injury luck and how many games those stars can play.

I guess, as long as Giannis is healthy and Embiid is a question mark, I'd pick the Bucks as the better bet to turn things around, but if both teams are at 100%, I prefer the Sixers' roster.
Cade

Why doesn’t Cade get a whistle? People bring up how his point total matches his shots taken. However he drives quite a bit without getting the benefit of a whistle. Is that just part of being a young player on a bad team? Or is it more to it?

I need to watch Cade and the Pistons more closely to come up with an informed, nuanced take on this issue (maybe there's something related to the way he sells contact?), but the "young player on a bad team"  effect is real. LaMelo Ball is another guy that seems like he should get to the line more than he does.

Edwards is falling into the Zach LaVine trap of not using their offensive gravity to create playmaking opportunities for the rest of the team. It's been working out so far, but that's mostly because he's shooting 42% from 3 (career average prior to the season was 35%). That's not going to continue. Big reason why the Wolves are dead-last in Pass-to-Assist ratio by a huge margin (5.9%).

Yeah it would help make up for Conley's shaky start if the Wolves could rely on Edwards to be a primary play-maker, but his assist rate is down quite a bit this fall. Will be a trend worth watching.
