I, uh... think they'd have a hard time getting what they gave up for him (a top-six protected first-round pick) unless they take back a bad contract or two.

I do like Poeltl and think he'd be a good fit for certain teams, but finding a package that works for everyone is tough. A Pelicans trade, for instance, doesn't really work unless one of their highly paid players (Ingram, CJ, Zion) is involved. The Grizzlies are sort of interesting if they're nervous about relying on a rookie in that spot. Something like Clarke (a Canadian!), Konchar, and a first-round pick?

What did Keldon Johnson do to whom to cause him to have such a small role even after Sochan goes out with an injury. I feel like he could be a good starter on a lot of teams, and SA isn’t exactly killing it.

I did expect more from him at this point, given the trajectory of his first 3-4 seasons, but his shooting has been streaky/inconsistent, and he's not really a lock-down defender. I don't know if his decreasing role the last couple years has been because of his decreasing effectiveness or if it's vice versa (or a bit of both), but I do wonder if he's a guy who may benefit from a change of scenery. I don't get the sense the Spurs view him as part of their long-term core.
