Interesting question. My brain initially went to one of the former Jazz guys (Mitchell in Cleveland, Gobert in Minnesota).

But I think it might actually be Shai. He's definitely not at the point yet where people are questioning why he doesn't have a title already, so it's maybe not so much about "vindication" with him. But if this 68-win Thunder team doesn't come out of a Western Conference where the Rockets are the No. 2 seed and no other team had more than 50 wins, I think he'll start to face a whole lot more criticism going forward.

How do you feel the Charlotte hornets future and if you're the GM what's your next move to improve this team

I still love Brandon Miller as a cornerstone, despite the fact that this was essentially a lost season for him. The rest of that core makes me nervous though.

Salaun was a risky pick last spring whose long-term future still seems like it could go either way. I don't trust LaMelo Ball to stay healthy and be an impact two-way player (he's awesome offensively, but he'd be ruthlessly targeted on defense in the postseason). Mark Williams has been pretty good when he's played, but the failed physical stuff at the trade deadline is at least a minor red flag.

Some good lottery luck would go a long way for the Hornets this spring. Otherwise, they've probably just gotta keep building patiently and hope LaMelo can either cement himself as part of the future or at least improve his trade value with a healthy season.
