Do you think the Magic will be aggressive with their salary cap space in free agency?

I'll believe it when I see it, since this front office has shown little inclination to splash around on the free agent market since taking over. But it would make sense to at least gauge the market for the top guards. The young core would probably benefit from having a high-caliber veteran ball-handler leading the way.

What is Grant Williams looking at for a contract with all these DNPs in the playoffs? The Celtics are probably still suitors given that they don't have many other ways to improve the roster, yes?

I'm very curious about Williams' market. I typically expect most top RFAs to stay with their current teams, since the rules make RFA movement challenging. But I bet there are teams out there that are still high on Williams and believe they could make better use of him than the Celtics have. Maybe a team with cap space will get aggressive and sign him to an offer sheet or try to work out a sign-and-trade agreement with Boston.

Where do the Rockets go from here? The #4 pick is brutal positioning considering they tanked for 3 consecutive seasons and their 2024-2026 drafts are owed to OKC (top 4 protected).

I get the logic of saying, "OK, the Thunder own our draft pick next year, so it's time to shift into win-now mode and get some quality veterans." With their cap space and the No. 4 pick as a trade chip, they're in a good position to do it. But I have my doubts that the young players on the roster are ready to take a big step forward, and if James Harden is at the center of their plan to win now, I'm even more skeptical about it. Should be a very interesting offseason in Houston.
