It really feels like they missed their window on Grant, whose value would've been higher a year ago than it will be this offseason. I still think they should try to deal him as long as they don't have to attach assets, since getting his contract off the books would be a plus. But they're not going to get much for him.

Simons and Ayton are more interesting because they're on expiring deals. Their salaries are still a little high to expect a significant haul for either player, but if the Blazers are willing to take back some multiyear money, they could potentially get a decent asset or two for those guys -- Simons, in particular.
