Bagley at 2/$25 (Oubre contract) seems like an overpay unless year 2 is a team option (which Weaver loves).
Couldn't DET steal Portis by offering 3/$45M w/ a 3rd year PO?

Don't see Portis as that much of an upgrade, plus Bags fits the Pistons' timeline better than Portis. He gave them an athletic big last season, which they didn't have. I'd like to see what Bagley and Duren could do together once the rookie gets his feet wet.

If PJ goes to the 76ers, Tobias Harris becomes expendable. I assume his contract makes him a negative trade asset. What trade scenarios do you see working for him?

They've seemingly been trying to move Tobias for the last year or two. He's making 37-plus this year and 39-plus next year. Really good player,  high character guy, but that's an awfully big salary for any other team to take on, unless they look at him as the missing piece.

He's the type of player they'd have consider with the taxpayer mid-level and hope he can stay reasonably healthy.

Who has the biggest impact as a rookie and as a Free Agent for their new team in the 22-23 season?

Among the rookies, I'd say Murray with the Kings and Ivey with the Pistons. Murray is the most NBA ready player in the draft -- he'll be productive right from the get-go. Everyone around Detroit is excited to see what the Ivey-Cunningham pairing can do. The Pistons still have Hayes and Joseph but I see Ivey jumping right into the rotation, and probably the starting lineup.
As for free agency, hard to say until we see where everyone ends up.

How will the Blazers upgrade their roster? Any big trades on the horizon?

Re-signing Nurkic and Simons are obvious priorities. They probably already made their biggest trade with the acquisition of Grant. They need some frontcourt depth and another wing player. They have more moves to make but more likely in free agency than another big trade.
