What 3rd team is needed to take on tyler herro contract for this dame trade rumors to be over?

I went through recently and tried to find logical third teams for a Lillard deal where Herro would fit and had a tough time coming up with many. He's a fine player, but his skill set and contract make him a tricky fit for a lot of teams. The Nets, Jazz, and Spurs make some sense to me. I considered Toronto, Chicago, and Orlando too but there are roadblocks in each case.

Since the wizards brought back kuzma, Is he now the teams franchise player? What moves can you suggest to help the team to get at least 25+ wins?

I think Coulibaly has a better chance to be the Wizards' franchise player in the long run than Kuzma or Poole. They may also be in the market for a franchise player in the 2024 draft, so I'm not sure they'll be looking to make moves that will improve their 2023/24 win total.

PJ Washington, but he's restricted. Of the unrestricted guys, you'd probably have to say Wood or Oubre. I'm a little surprised Hamidou Diallo doesn't have a deal yet too.

Individually, Wemby, but the Thunder will be better than the Spurs and I expect Holmgren to play a role in that success.
