Should I avoid all A's and Rays pitchers due to ballpark?  Which SPs are targetable?

I wouldn't do this across the board, no. Esp with the Rays, whose talent pool is deeper/better. Would be careful of not loading up too much on these teams' starters when looking broadly at your own staff, though. We just don't know how those stadiums will play

Will Chris Sale repeat?  How about MKing?  ANola ERA less than 4?

Like Sale and King's chances to repeat. Nola should have sub-4 ERA, but much less certain of that than the other two repeats.
