Since they are going forward with cutting back the number of minor league affiliations, is it anticipated that there will be a scramble of minor league teams moving to new cities?

I don't think so, rambler. One idea I've heard is those cities that lose a team might try to become independent. But I don't think it's necessarily going to turn into a game of musical chairs.
