Cubs are better than the Dodgers. Kershaw is an injury risk, and there aren't superstars like Bryant and Rizzo on the Dodgers' team. I don't see it as being even all that close. They may be the 2nd best team in the NL, but they aren't close to the Cubs.

Are people going to have to grow old and die before Edgar gets into the Hall and why is there such a double standard regarding specialization among Hall voters? The DH and the closer were both positions, or roles, on teams. I don't see the point of not voting for Edgar unless your Hall is very small.
