Park effects are park effects, but has anyone ever done a study on the volatility of those effects due to weather?  The Trop or covered parks would have zero volatility, but many parks have much more volatility anecdotally (Wrigley, for example).

The only real problem, aside from sample size, is data accuracy. Like, wind could have tremendous effects, but there aren't constant wind measurements being taken and recorded
And wind patterns are different depending on ballpark location, anyway
