That decision was coaching malpractice. Sure enough, the next two drives ended in punts and the final one ended in a turnover on downs. Narduzzi's thinking was, at least now it’s a touchdown and a field goal game and not two touchdowns … but it’s 3 yards. And you’re 3-2. Show some faith in your team and do the smart thing.

She has hired well for Pitt’s Olympic sports, no doubt. Don’t think she’ll be hiring a new football coach this offseason, though.

How are confident are you that Pitt covers at 10.5 on Saturday?  
Nothing favors us in this game and Pitt is a great team with their backs against the wall vs. good teams.  I wouldn’t be surprised we win 23-20.

I think they cover, and there’s a chance at the upset. Pitt tends to do this, right? I also think Notre Dame is a fraudulent No. 3 team. If Pitt can hit a few deep shots, I think the Panthers have a shot.
