How long of a time before you cut some of your back-of-the-draft guys loose? Thinking of fliers such as Ha-Seong Kim or Esteury Ruiz. Neither I'm going to drop without a better replacement, but how long do you typically take before you say "this is who they are" and cut loose?

Guys in the back third of your draft are cuttable whenever you think but I am not making determination on guys as "this is who they are" for a couple of weeks. Need the stats to stabilize a little.
