I think he can be a pretty good mid rotation starter. There is a little upside,but I dont know if he reaches is.

Just a reminder, I try to get as many questions as I can, so don't ask questions multiple times. It just slows everything down. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes before I get to a question because there are so many.
