I think they make incremental moves. They aren't close enough to being a WS contender to go all in.

Pearson is a live arm, but with his command and control, he was not going to close. At this point, the Jays should tear it down to the studs and do a full rebuild.

I think he should be up pretty soon. The Rays will wait until they can preserve his rookie status, but I do think he can be a nice late season addition
