When drafting minor leaguers in an only dynasty league, how do you balance proximity vs impact? For example, in my spot I'm going back and forth between sproat, who should be up this year and help vs Susana who I might have to wait a year or two before they come up.

Zone contact is the best tool to determine someone's hit tool. It also gives the player the opportunity to get lucky. It is not the only thing I care about because you can make a ton of contact but if it's weak, it won't matter, but it is very important to me in terms of seeing someones true talent level as a hitter.
