How do you best trade the Seager and Freeman for FV?  Seems no one is giving up future value guys now even if you over pay. Any advice?

It is always league to league dependent. Sometimes it is worth just holding unless there is an expiring contract situation.. Older players can often have more value before or at the beginning of a season.

Why is it sometimes more fun to root for your opponents' starting pitcher to get shelled than it is to support your own guys? I think it's likely because I'm a bad person, but I'm open to additional analysis.
