Nearly every owner in my league suffers from the proverbial "owner's dilemma". They all tend to overvalue their own players simply because they own them, and this has made making fair trades practically impossible. Any advice on how to approach this without alienating these owners?

Tayron Guerrero is Dellin Betances 2.0. Same height, nearly identical strikeout rate to Betances' career numbers, and a walk rate that's a shade higher. He also gets more groundballs. Seems like one of a short list of non-closing relievers who might have fantasy value.
