commish of a unlimited time, 20% bump, keep-6 league w/ auction draft.  some ppl pushing to allow for trading draft dollars, but i see a race to the bottom where if you want to win you have to mortgage next year to get the worst teams' best players.  would you allow it?

I would not. Especially if it goes into effect for next season. A rule like that needs at least a full year before it takes effect, but I wouldn't play in a league like that personally.
