Astros are approx $2mil under the tax. Ian Kennedy and Yimi Garcia seem like possible late inning relievers to target that make the necessary salary. In your opinion how much would they have to give up to acquire this type of player?

It's neither good nor bad, it's just what it is. There is no slam dunk number one guy, and thus, that's the situation we find ourselves in.
