Not necessarily. It's hard to miss on a guy when we see him a lot. Doesn't mean we miss guys we don't see as much. Gotta trust other eyeballs and know how to analyze their opinions.

that is true. top 100 comes on prospects week, full lists ending is when everyone goes up. 2019 update has all the names and in a pretty good order

You've mentioned the hours working in an MLB front office are crazier than you'd expect.  What kind of hours are you talking about for a lower level "trying to break in" type baseball ops guy?  And how many hours is a g.m. at the office/stadium each day?

if you're working the stadium of the MLB team, you're there for all the homes games in addition to something like 9-6, not counting staying later or special times when everyone stays late other than games (trade deadline, etc.)

GM will often come in later if they're staying for the whole game, travel w/the team on the road
