What different skill set does a GM need to evaluate amateur talent vs major league talent?  Some GMs (like AJ Preller) seem to do one well while failing at the other.

If you were a gardener grading future plants, I think the main tools would be Height and Flower, and that's it. Those map kinda nicely onto Hit and Power, which makes me think that plants are basically DH-only. Enjoy your weekend, I guess.
