Can you tell me a little more about Josiah Gray and Lyon Richardson, the two low-mileage arms the Reds nabbed? From what I understand, both are pretty new to pitching and there could be some upside there

Josiah was a D2 conversion guy that's loose and has arm speed but is pretty rough and looks like a reliever to us. Lyon was a two way guy, good ath, but kinda maxed out, some don't love the arm action, but up to 96, 55 SL, starter look. assuming Josiah was below slot to make room for Siani.
