I have no use for people who try to play "gotcha" games with questions like that. You want a serious discussion, then ask a serious question. Don't compare a solitary expat trying to integrate into a monolingual country with entire communities establishing themselves in a country that has for its entire history been one of successive waves of immigrant communities, typically bringing their own languages, cultures, cuisines, and religions with them.
