Always convert to the same measures first.  Look carefully at the diagram.  12 floors is 36m.  How many metres in total is the building?

Ok.  You have to read the question carefully for this one.  He travels there and back each day.  So how much is that per day.  How many days does he do this for and for how man months?  Think about which calculation you need to do first + - x or ÷
