You just have to work out that calculation Sophie.  I think it is encouraging you to make the mixed number in to an improper fraction and then turning that back into a mixed number.  If you can do it without doing that, that's fine.

The challenge is to multiply fractions so think about what you may need to multiply the ingredients by,  It wants to know the total weight of ingredients.  What sort of calculation will find the total?  Hope this helps.
