Should you only use ROS projection that are updated? Several places are just prorating their pre-season projection to games remaining. I have been using Jose Abreu and MJ Melendez as bellweathers on who is updating and who isn't.

What are your thoughts about Jo Adell ... He has looked different this year than previous seasons but he has cooled off. Do you think he's turned a corner and can he be a fantasy contributor or was it all a fluke?

He's still a long way from the elite prospect that was promised but I think he's clearly made some lasting changes with his approach that will continue to serve his K% and overall performance well

I'm in a long-term keeper league 32/40 kept. Trades are very expensive so rostering prospects and waiting is the play. I've noticed that none of the other teams are rostering any international players from recent drafts. Any names worth knowing from that list? Esp if they project to be top players in a few years.
