12 team league, 23 player roster. I don't roster any RP so my rotation is Imanaga, Kirby, Webb, S. Gray at the top then Luzardo, H. Brown, Buehler, J. Jones, Bradley with Kershaw and Baz on the IL/NA spots, respectively. Of the bottom 5, who do you see having ROS value and who should I clear off my roster?
