This is a good one to end on. I think that the numbers are a fantastic tool to help identify outlier or undervalued talent. I think that the quantitative analysis is excellent for player acquisition (draft/trade/sign) and to give a long-term view of win probability with certain strategies. However, instinct is needed when it comes to real-time adjustments. Only using one approach or mindset is limiting. Adaptability is the most important weapon in a player's or organization's arsenal.
