Hello Everybody! So sorry for the delay! At times I am a doofus when it comes to the tech stuff! Alright, lets get right to it...

In your short time with Toronto, what were your impressions of Vlad, Bo and the rest of the young Blue Jays?
Caleb Joseph
3:13
Thanks for the question- Those two you mentioned are very special players. Even better people. They're work ethic is second to none and both of them have excellent heads on their shoulders. They will be elite players in the big leagues for a very long time. I really enjoyed my time with them!

How are the Preds doing it this season! Think they can compete for the Cup?
Caleb Joseph
3:14
They're hanging around! I hope we can compete! We were on a 6 game heater until they had to shut down for a little bit. I'm looking forward to them starting back up!

Who had the best change up of the pitchers you have caught?
Caleb Joseph
3:16
Ubaldo had a nasty split. Gausman's split was very good, Rafael Dolis has a forkball basically that has a mind of its own. Hirano with Arizona back in '19 had an excellent changeup and my favorite was probably Jeremy Hellickson's. Looked just like a fastball, yet was 15mph slower!

Who is your favourite pitcher to have caught in your career?
Caleb Joseph
3:17
If I answer this I'll get crushed by all my former teammates! All of them were so different and so much fun to catch! My favorite though was Cal Ripken Jr, a first pitch back in Aberdeen, MD in 2008!

Hi Caleb, what was your favorite moment on the Dbacks?
Caleb Joseph
3:18
We had a team trip where we all dressed up in "The Masters" attire. Lots of guys in the white caddie outfits. Was really cool.

Caleb outside of Camden Yards what was your favorite AL East Park to play in and why?
Caleb Joseph
3:19
Tampa, its where I made my debut and it's indoors. A catcher's best friend, 72 degrees everyday!

Was it harder to catch an Andrew Miller slider or hit one?
Caleb Joseph
3:20
By far hit... He was easy to catch.. "Just set up down the middle"... "Alright man"

Thanks for this Mr. Joseph!  Do you know if players ever  go down the rabbit hole of reading the comments to stories about themselves?
Caleb Joseph
3:20
For sure. Anyone who says they don't is lying. So take it easy on us! contrary to popular belief, we ARE trying out best!

Which team was your favourite team to play for?
Caleb Joseph
3:22
They all gave me excellent memories. Probably most fond of my time in Baltimore. Was there 11 years, made tons of friends and raised a family there. Played for Buck and we won a lot! Amazing breakfast spot Spoons also!

Enjoyed your time in Baltimore, but how crazy was 2016 when you couldn't even luck into an RBI?
Caleb Joseph
3:23
I figured this was gonna be a question! This game will take you to the peaks of the mountains, and the depths of the valleys. It wasn't for a lack of effort, preparation, or desire. I guess it just wasn't meant to be. But my defense that year was excellent. Thats what I'm most proud of.

Hey Caleb, thanks for being able to come today. Obviously loads of managers were former backup catchers, and as you are someone who served in that role a lot, I was wondering how you think that tends to give a guy the perspective on the game to be a good manager?
Caleb Joseph
3:25
Anytime you're watching a lot of baseball you learn stuff. Having the catchers perspective forces you to think about both sides of the ball at all times versus just hitting or pitching. I think it bodes well for anyone at the C position.

Any interest in signing with Baltimore again?  The fans would love to see you mentor Adley!

100%... Bags are already packed ready to go!

How do you feel about Buck Showalter managing the Mets?
Caleb Joseph
3:26
He's the guy. No question about it. I expect him to do very well there. That team is loaded.

How was your time with the Blue Jays? What would you say to a FA who was on the fence about signing in Toronto because of it being in Canada? Thanks!
Caleb Joseph
3:27
Loved it there. Was sad it was only one year. Playing in front of an entire country is amazing. I remember playing there in 2016 in the WC game. The place was nuts, electric. I really love Toronto and all that it brings... the team is SOLID also. I have encouraged friends to go there.

Hi Caleb, and thanks for doing this! My question is, is there a current or former major league pitcher that you have thought to yourself, "I wish I could be behind the plate to catch that guy!"
