Building off your comment about the Rays wanting you to be the best version of yourself, what kind of discussions are had with the organization regarding player development for non-traditional pitchers like sidearmers? It seems like a huge number of non-traditional pitchers have come through the organization and I’m glad it’s an organization that fosters that kind of unique stuff

The Rays just know how to get the most out of us, and they put us in positions to succeed so that's why sidearm guys and gimmick guys per se are valuable because their charts see exactly where the puzzle piece fits in the plan
