Committed to winning but doing it within reason. Some teams blow their budget for the text 10 years on one guy or for one season and then their forced into a full rebuild. Rays balance their budget and talent in unison to put up a good fight every year and pick their spots to make a splash

Rich is competitive. Hes the most laid back and relaxed guy in the clubhouse but competes as hard as anyone on the field. Good guy to want on your team.

Be ready to sacrifice anything and everything that is in your way. Pursuing your dreams is not easy and you will hit plenty of roadblocks that you will have to decide to go home or push through. The commitment to see it through has to be acknowledged from the beginning that way there is no decision when the fork in the road comes
