Hi Allison, as we don't have one on file, an address change will need to be initiated with the DC DMV, the process can be initiated here: https://dmv.dc.gov/service/change-addres-0

Hi Greg, thanks for inquiring. The location will reopen, but we don’t have a confirmed date yet - the Georgetown DMV suffered significant water damage from a large water main break and our team is continuing work to repair the facility.

There has been no update on the DMV website on when the Georgetown facility will reopen. What is the latest status.

The DMV could cancel my ID order, right? I don't want the ID sent to my old address.

I applied online two days for a new ID card, but I found it will be sent to the address on the ID, which isn't my current address. Can the DMV cancel his order so I can change my address?

Hi there, you would need to reach out to the dealership you're purchasing from to inquire about credits.

Good afternoon. I was wondering does DC give trade credit if a car was traded in during a new car purchase.

Hi there, TSA's website states that "a temporary driver’s license is not an acceptable form of identification." Depending on the establishment, they may have alternate items that can be used to ID an individual. For example, TSA has an alternate identity verification system. Our recommendation is that you visit the appropriate website until you receive your official DC DMV credential and/or carry alternate ID in the interim if you have some on hand.

The printed paper license does not working when traveling, Or carding over 21 as was rejected to establishments, or access to bank is there a better way to get card ID prompt after request new ID. They don’t trust the paper ID.
