Received two parking citations.  Both citations, reference my license plate, but Vehicle Make/Body information referenced is incorrect.- see #******2212 and #******5165. I do not own a Mercedes Benz - 4DR.  Who or what department can assist me in resolving this concern.

Good afternoon, my "question" was/is the 1st comment above under "Guest" providing thanks and praise to DMV personnel at the Half Street Inspection Station.. as a life-long resident of DC i have had several vehicles inspected and this year was the 2nd of the most pleasant, easy and non-stressful experiences... so i wanted to say THANK YOU and to let you know your efforts have not gone unnoticed.

I don't have an actual question... I wanted to provide my praise and thanks to DMV Inspection Personnel at the Half Street location... I visited this past Saturday, 3/1 around 10a and was PLEASANTLY surprised that there was no line and the process was smoother than I had ever experienced!!! Personnel were professional, friendly and very helpful. As a born-and-raised DC resident, who has owned several vehicles and been through several inspections, this was wonderful... So THANK YOU!

Good afternoon and welcome to today’s online chat with me, Gabriel Robinson, DMV Director. Today, we’ll discuss your various DMV issues related to driver licenses and identification cards; vehicle inspections, titles and registrations; and the adjudication of photo, parking and moving violations. We have over 55 online services (http://dmv.dc.gov/page/online-services) and seven facilities which provide in-person service to 2,800-3,300 daily customers. In regard to tickets, we have two main sister agencies: DDOT which regulates parking (i.e., signage, meters and parking permits) and DPW/DDOT which issues parking tickets, along with 30 plus other entities in the District. Also, MPD issues photo enforcement tickets.
