Also having problems choosing between Pepiot and ROlsen in AL only.

Like em both; but like Pepiot more. Upside is higher and I trust Rays pitching development at the moment. Will admit some 2025 risk due to park, though.

Thanks for response. I subscribe to Athletic. Just wanted your thoughts if the trade seemed balanced?

(Referring to the Alcantara/Cease proposal above)
Yes, I think it's balanced given team needs. Always so tough to know that the MLB teams are thinking, though.

Hi Brent--Mixed 9X9 Yahoo league ($275; 5X5 + H,2B,3B,OBP; QS, HLD, K/BB, GIDP)...7 keepers to work with, and I have a glut of pitching keepers (Gilbert $21, King $12, Ober $17, Eovaldi $11, Pepiot $4, Baz $1, Rocker $1). I like Pepiot and Baz a lot (esp. at their prices) but don't love the idea of having two Rays this year in that park. What do you think of trying to move one of them for a $2 Matt Chapman? Boring play and I don't have much of a feel for him but CDG projects him at ca. $17 for our league and the trade seems doable. The part that's not a no-brainer is that he seems like such an inspiring piece to lock in place pre-draft...but maybe that's the right kind of move. Anyway, if yes--look to move Baz or Pepiot?

Yes, I'd explore this for sure; I think you have the reasons pegged well. I see Baz's upside as higher than Pepiot, but risk is higher, too (more injury, less track record). With them being close, maybe you make a call as to who you think will do better in those not-optimal conditions? Pepiot's fly ball rate consistently in the mid-40s; maybe that's enough to nudge you to choose him as the bait? Super close.

12-team, NL-only, Dynasty. Does Grant Holmes sustain 2024 gains and break through to toss 150 quality innings, or is he a flash we regret come June?

I lean more towards the former (that it's real). Metrics were amazing in a short sample; ATL has had success with improving pitchers; they have a current rotation opening and a great offense. 150 IP is probably the ceiling this year, but I'm in.
