I come home from school and doesn't even say hi to me or anything.. and she doesn't ask me if I'm okay ect ect.. and now I hide my emotions from everybody because I used to be a pretty sensitive person. and when I used to live with my brother (long story) he and his now ex used to yell a lot and he started yelling at be because of it and now when anyone raises their voice near me I get  extremely shaky

I had a friend and cousin that I would talk to about my problems and now I cant talk to either because my phone broke, and for my cousin my mom deleted my email off my phone when I had probation(also long story) and I forgot the email and password to it and I cant find a way to talk to him
