Most likely. But not all that unusual to see smaller class teams in playoffs with maybe 20-25 players nowadays. When you have only 17 players it sure helps when two of those 17 are Todd Hill and Kam Williams.

Andrew Recchia back at guard. Committed to D2 Shippensburg. Caruso back at guard. Khori Fusco was all section player at Clairton and transferred to Mars. They'll be good

Worked the Pine Richland QV game and noticed PR had A LOT more technology bells and whistles (Microsoft Surface pads, Big screen TV, etc) on their sidelines than certainly QV did or any other schools. Is that even legal in HS football and how is it fair ?

Yep you can look at stuff on IPads, TVs while game is going on. Certainly legal.
